Your Guarantee

Should you fail to be totally satisfied with your purchase, it is our policy to offer a complete refund. All we ask is that you return the product within 28 days in good condition.

Shipping & Deliveries

We ship goods to all areas of the UK. For shipping outside the UK please contact us at 00441902454026 or e-mail via our contact page on the website.  The prices for goods are the same regardless of where you reside.  Carriage outside the UK will be calculated by weight.  Tax implications and how to pay will be advised.  We now accept PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery Details

We aim to dispatch your orders on the same day provided that you ordered before 10 am or if you place your order after 10 am it will be dispatch the next working day (Not Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). Therefore, orders placed after 10 am on a Thursday will be dispatch on Friday. Orders Placed on Friday after 10 am will be dispatched on the following Monday.

If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible and will be given the option to cancel your order with full refund.

We use Courier dependant on the weight of your purchase. (Royal Mail upto 2kg weight)

Standard Delivery Service (Using Courier Service) - within 1 to 3 working days

A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This ussually involves collection the item from your local Royal Mail Depot.

We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.

If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded.

If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the loss with the Courier . Please do allow up to four weeks for Courier to confirm the lost.
